Breakers with an open frame and a top bracket, lighter for their energy class and quicker to service. Suited to quarry, trenching and general site work where noise limits are not binding.
Features
- An open frame means less weight for a given energy class, so a lighter carrier can run a harder-hitting tool.
- Service access to the accumulator, tie rods and tool retainer is direct, which shortens field repairs.
- Exposed hoses and fittings are vulnerable in demolition, so this configuration suits rock and trench work better.
- Tie rod torque is a scheduled check; loose tie rods are the usual precursor to a cracked cylinder.
- Mounting brackets are carrier-specific and are quoted separately from the breaker itself.
