Moil points, chisels, blunt and pyramid tools, plus bushings, retainer pins, tie rods, seal kits and accumulator membranes. Tool choice changes breaker productivity more than most operators expect.
Features
- Moil points concentrate energy for penetration into reinforced concrete and hard rock; chisels cut and split and suit layered or fractured material.
- Blunt tools transfer energy over a wide area and are used for secondary breaking of boulders on a grizzly.
- Tool wear is measured against a stated minimum working diameter; running past it breaks tools and damages the bushing.
- Bushings are the scheduled wear item, and replacing them on time prevents the piston and tool going out of alignment.
- Seal kits and accumulator membranes are routine consumables; a breaker with a failing seal loses energy long before it leaks visibly.
