Industrial Directional and Manifold Valves
Subplate-mounted directional valves, modular stacks and manifold blocks for fixed installations, built up to a circuit drawing and pressure-tested as an assembly.
Features
- Modular stacks put relief, check, flow control and directional functions on one subplate footprint, keeping pipework and leak paths down.
- Manifold blocks are drilled to a circuit drawing, and the drawing then becomes the maintenance record for the machine.
- Wet-armature solenoids and plug-in connectors are specified with the electrical build, including whether an indicator and surge suppression are wanted.
- Manual override on the solenoid ends is worth having on any rig that has to be moved with the power off.
- Sandwich-mounted pilot-operated check valves hold a clamped load without relying on spool leakage figures.
Specifications
| Figure | Typical range | Unit | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pattern size | size 6 / size 10 | fixes footprint, port positions and flow capability | |
| Nominal flow | 60 / 120 | l/min | matched to pump flow at the pressure used |
| Spool symbol | 4/3 with closed centre | how the circuit behaves de-energised | |
| Coil voltage and duty | 24, continuous rating | V DC | continuous duty coils are needed on long holds |
| Stack order | relief, flow control, directional | order in the stack changes the circuit, not just the layout |
