Press-On Band Tyre
Rubber tyre bonded to a steel band and pressed onto the wheel, for cushion-tyre forklifts and warehouse trucks on smooth floors. Compact diameter keeps the truck low and tight-turning.
Features
- Small overall diameter that keeps mast height and turning radius down in narrow aisles.
- Bonded steel band gives a positive grip on the wheel with no air to lose.
- Available in black, non-marking and oil-resistant compounds.
- Requires a hydraulic press for fitting and removal, so changes are scheduled.
- Suited to smooth indoor concrete; broken outdoor ground destroys the bond and the ride.
