Hydraulic Quick Coupler
Cab-operated coupler using a hydraulic wedge to lock the attachment, with a secondary mechanical lock that retains the tool if pressure is lost. The normal choice on machines that change tools regularly.
Features
- Locking wedge driven by a hydraulic cylinder, operated from a switch in the cab.
- Secondary mechanical lock that holds the attachment if hydraulic pressure fails.
- Front-pin-first engagement geometry with a visual indicator the operator can see from the seat.
- Audible or visual warning in the cab while the coupler is unlocked.
- Requires a hydraulic line and cab control on the carrier, which is a retrofit job on older machines.
