Truck-Mounted Concrete Pumps
Boom pumps on a road chassis that arrive, set up on outriggers and place concrete through an articulated boom. The most common answer for slabs, cores and foundations with vehicle access.
Features
- The boom removes the need to lay and later strip a placing line, which is most of the labour on a pour.
- Boom sections and fold pattern set both reach and the overhead clearance needed to open it.
- One-sided outrigger support is offered on some machines for work in a single carriageway lane, at a reduced permissible boom position.
- S-transfer tubes and hardened wear plates and rings are the main consumables in the pumping cell.
- Remote control with a boom position readout is what lets one operator work the boom from where the concrete lands.
