Stationary Batching Plants
Fixed plants on designed foundations for ready-mix supply, precast works and long projects. They give the highest output and storage and the lowest cost per cubic metre over a long run.
Features
- In-line or star aggregate storage with a designed foundation allows large compartments and direct tipping from lorries.
- Fully enclosed housings with filtration keep dust and noise inside the plant envelope, which is usually what a permit requires.
- Higher mixer batch sizes and short cycle times give the output needed to load mixers back to back.
- Separate weigh hoppers for each constituent group allow parallel weighing, which shortens the batch cycle.
- Fixed plants justify a full control and reporting system with recipe management and batch archiving.
