Silos, Dosing and Control Systems
Cement and filler silos, screw conveyors, water and admixture dosing lines, moisture probes and batching control software. These are what turn a mixer into a plant that can prove what it produced.
Features
- Bolted silos arrive in panels and are assembled on site, which suits locations a welded silo cannot reach.
- Silo filters, level indicators and pressure relief valves sized to the tanker blowing rate prevent over-pressurisation during filling.
- Screw conveyor diameter and inclination set the cement feed rate into the weigh hopper and therefore the batch cycle.
- Admixture dosing by mass rather than by volume removes temperature and viscosity from the dose accuracy.
- Control systems record each batch against a recipe and an order, which is what supports a delivery ticket and a later query.
