Petrol inverter generator set
A petrol set whose alternator output is rectified and rebuilt electronically, so voltage and frequency stay inside a narrow band whatever the load does. Chosen where sensitive equipment shares a circuit with ordinary tools.
Features
- Total harmonic distortion is typically under 3 %, which is what makes it safe for battery chargers, survey instruments and small control panels.
- Engine speed tracks demand instead of running fixed at 3 000 rpm, so part-load fuel use and noise both fall sharply.
- Enclosed cases put sound pressure in the high 50s to mid 60s dB(A) at 7 m, quiet enough for occupied offices and residential streets.
- Two identical sets can usually be joined with a parallel kit to roughly double available output without buying a larger machine.
- Output is single-phase only; three-phase tools need a different set entirely.
