Diaphragm and valve service kits
The wear-part sets for diaphragm pumps: diaphragms, ball or flap valves, seats and seals, bagged per pump model. The whole repair is a twenty-minute job when the right kit is already on the shelf, and a pump standing idle when it is not.
Features
- Diaphragms and valves are changed as a set — replacing one and leaving the other simply brings the pump back in a fortnight.
- Kits are model-specific: bore, bolt pattern and valve seat all have to match, and a close-looking diaphragm will not seal.
- Diaphragm material is chosen to the liquid — rubber for water and slurry, PTFE-faced for fuels and chemicals — and mixing them ends badly.
- No special tools are needed, which is why these pumps stay in service far longer than centrifugal units on the same duty.
- A kit per deployed pump is the normal holding, because the failure happens when the trench is already full.
