Concrete Pulveriser
Fixed-jaw crushing attachment for reducing concrete slab, wall and beam sections and separating reinforcement. Used for secondary processing after primary demolition.
Features
- Crushing teeth that fracture concrete while the jaw geometry pulls reinforcement clear.
- Integrated cutting blades at the jaw root for reinforcing bar up to the stated diameter.
- Jaw opening chosen against the thickest section on the structure, not the average one.
- Replaceable teeth and liners bolted rather than welded, so refurbishment is a workshop job.
- Speed valve to shorten the open and close cycle, which directly changes tonnes per shift.
