Packs built to a circuit drawing or to a stated duty, where stock units do not fit the space, the supply or the cycle. Tested against the drawing before despatch.
Features
- Starts from the duty cycle and the actuators, working back to pump, drive and reservoir rather than starting from a catalogue unit.
- Circuit drawing and parts list are issued with the pack, which makes later fault-finding a reading exercise rather than a guessing one.
- Instrumentation can be specified for remote monitoring where the pack sits somewhere inconvenient to visit.
- Spare-part lists are drawn up at build time so the filters and seals are known before the first service.
- Factory acceptance testing against the drawing can be witnessed where the client's own engineers want to sign it off.
