Distribution Rigid
Two- or three-axle rigid of 12 t to 26 t for regional and urban delivery, bodied as curtainsider, box or dropside. Specified for kerbside access and loading method more than for outright power.
Features
- Low frame height options and a tight turning circle for depot yards and kerbside delivery bays.
- Tail lift preparation with the electrical supply, frame reinforcement and rear overhang set before the body goes on.
- Air suspension on the rear axle with kneeling, so the deck can be brought to dock height.
- Sleeper or day cab, with a crew door arrangement chosen for how often the driver leaves the cab per shift.
- Body length and internal height specified against the operator's pallet or roll-cage pattern rather than the maximum the frame allows.
