Plough Bolts and GET Fasteners
Plough bolts, track bolts, conical washers and nuts for cutting edges, end bits and grader blades, in the strength classes used on earthmoving attachments.
Features
- Plough bolt head shapes, domed, square-neck and flat, are matched to the countersink in the edge so the head sits flush and is not worn away.
- Strength class is part of the specification: an under-specified bolt stretches, the edge works loose and the blade hole is damaged.
- Conical and wedge washers hold tension as the joint settles, and are replaced with the bolt.
- Bolts are torqued in a set sequence and re-torqued after the first working shift, once the edge has seated.
- Supplied in kits per edge so an overnight change-out is not stopped by a short quantity.
