Bucket Teeth, Tips and Adapters
Cast tips, adapters and shrouds for excavator, loader, backhoe and dozer buckets across the common tooth series. Profiles run from long penetration tips to blunt heavy-abrasion tips.
Features
- Tip profile is chosen for the material: sharp penetration for compacted clay and shale, heavy duty for blasted rock, flared for bank loading.
- Adapters are supplied in weld-on and bolt-on forms, with strap sizes to match the lip thickness measured on the bucket.
- Side shrouds and lip shrouds protect the bucket corners, which is where bucket repair cost usually starts.
- Steel is quenched and tempered so the nose stays tough while the working face resists abrasion.
- Change-out tip length is set so the adapter nose is never exposed, because a worn nose means welding rather than a tip swap.
