Features
- Water is the main threat to modern injection equipment, so separation efficiency matters as much as particle rating.
- Primary filters are coarse and sit before the lift pump; secondary filters are fine and sit before the injection pump or rail.
- High-pressure common rail systems need finer secondary filtration than older mechanical systems and will not tolerate a coarse substitute.
- Biodiesel blends carry more water and can attack older seal materials, so media and seal compatibility is checked where blends are used.
- Clear bowls and drain valves let water be drained at shift start instead of waiting for a warning lamp.
