Features
- Hook strip radius and leg length are formed to the tension rail angle on that particular screen; a hook bent to the wrong radius bears on its tip and pulls out of the rail under tension.
- Deck rubber and bucker bars protect the support frame and set the panel's bearing line, keeping wire off bare steel.
- Side liners protect the screen box walls, where material moves fastest and cuts through the shell if left unprotected.
- Tension wedges and bolts are replaced with the media, since reused fasteners rarely hold the same tension.
- Modular pin and sleeve fixings wear with the panels and are ordered in the same change-out kit.
