Dual-Fuel Counterbalance Forklift
Truck that runs on petrol or LPG and switches between them, for sites where fuel supply is not guaranteed or where one machine has to cover both indoor and outdoor tasks.
Features
- Switching happens from the seat, so an empty cylinder does not strand the truck mid-shift.
- Petrol operation is a reserve rather than a duty cycle; sustained petrol running raises both fuel cost and emissions above LPG.
- Two fuel systems mean two sets of service items, and the petrol side usually fails from disuse rather than wear.
- The capacity range is narrower than diesel, typically up to about 3.5 t.
