LPG Counterbalance Forklift
Gas-powered counterbalance truck for operations that cross between a yard and a building, where a diesel is not permitted inside and an electric truck cannot be charged often enough.
Features
- A cylinder change takes about two minutes, so one truck covers consecutive shifts without a battery-change bay.
- Indoor use depends on air changes per hour and on a monitoring regime, not on the truck alone. Check the building, not the data sheet.
- Cylinders need an outdoor storage cage, and the exchange point has to be reachable by the supplier's vehicle.
- Catalytic converters and closed-loop fuel systems cut emissions further and are usually required for food and retail backrooms.
- Cold starting and regulator icing are the common winter faults; a vaporiser heated from the coolant circuit avoids most of them.
