Grizzly and Vibrating Feeders
Pan feeders with or without a grizzly bar section, used to regulate feed into a crusher and to scalp undersize before it. They stabilise a whole circuit rather than produce a product.
Features
- Regulated feed rate is what keeps a crusher choke-fed, and a choke-fed crusher wears evenly and produces consistent product.
- Grizzly bar spacing sets the scalped fraction and is chosen so undersize bypasses the crusher entirely.
- Stepped or tapered grizzly bars reduce pegging by material wedging between bars.
- Pan liners are the wear item under a primary dump pocket and are designed as replaceable sections.
- Feeder stroke and angle are adjusted on commissioning to match the material's flow behaviour, not set once at the factory.
