Mobile Screening Plants
Tracked and wheeled screening plants with integrated feeders and stockpiling conveyors. Used for contract screening, topsoil and recycling where a fixed plant cannot be justified.
Features
- Integrated feed hopper, screen box and radial stockpile conveyors remove the civils and conveyor runs of a fixed plant.
- Tracks allow repositioning as stockpiles build, which keeps loading shovel travel short.
- Screen box angle and media are changed on site, so one plant covers several product specifications.
- Folding conveyors and a stated transport width decide whether the plant moves on a standard low-loader.
- Output is usually limited by the feed shovel and the stockpile space, not by the screen box itself.
