Table-mounted vibration for precast beams, kerbs, pipes and architectural units, with frequency and amplitude set for the element. Used where consolidation has to be repeatable unit to unit.
Features
- Consolidation from beneath reaches the whole section evenly, which is what makes surface quality repeatable in production.
- Frequency and amplitude are set for the element size and the mix, and a table designed for kerbs will not suit thin architectural panels.
- Spring or air isolation mounts keep vibration out of the factory floor and neighbouring moulds.
- Mould clamping to the table is what prevents the mould moving independently and leaving voids.
- Cycle-time control and automatic shut-off stop over-vibration from becoming the default in a production line.
