These terms govern your use of this website. They are not terms of sale: nothing on this site can be ordered here, and any supply of goods is governed by the terms quoted with it. They are the governing document for this site, and they prevail over anything in our disclaimer. Personal data is covered separately by our privacy notice. By using the site you accept what follows. What this site is for

The catalogue describes the ranges we supply so that you can identify what you need and ask us about it. It is an invitation to enquire and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance. A contract with us comes into existence when we confirm an order in writing, and not before — not when you send an enquiry, and not when the site acknowledges that we received it.

Product information and specifications

We compile specifications, dimensions, ratings and compatibility information with care and keep them under review. They are given for guidance and not as a warranty of accuracy. Manufacturers revise their products, supersede part numbers and change tolerances without telling their distributors, and an entry that was right when it was written can be overtaken.

So please confirm with us in writing that a part suits your machine, your duty cycle and your operating conditions before you rely on it. Where fitment matters, tell us the machine, the serial number and the application and we will check it against the current data rather than against the page.

Images and illustrations

Photographs and drawings show the type of item described. Finishes, fittings and accessories shown alongside an item are not included unless the description says so, and an illustration is not a representation that a particular part will be supplied in the form shown.

Availability, prices and lead times

Stock, prices and lead times move, and none of them is published here as a commitment. Any figure we give you in correspondence is valid for the period stated in that correspondence and is otherwise subject to confirmation at the time of order.

Manufacturer names, part numbers and trade marks

We supply parts and equipment for machinery made by other companies. Where a manufacturer name, model designation or original part number appears on this site, it is used solely to identify the machine a part fits or the standard it is made to. Use of those references does not imply that the part was made by that manufacturer, nor that we are affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorised distributor for them, unless a page says so in terms.

All trade marks, model names and part numbers are the property of their respective owners. Where we supply a genuine manufacturer part we describe it as genuine; where we supply an equivalent we describe it as an equivalent. If you believe a reference on this site is misleading, tell us and we will correct it.

Our own content

The text, photographs, drawings, layout and software that make up this site are ours or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may view the site, print pages for your own use and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish it, use it commercially, or extract the catalogue systematically — by hand or by any automated means — without our written consent.

How you may use the site

Please do not:

use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaches anyone else’s rights;
attempt to gain access to any part of it, or to any server or account connected with it, that is not open to you;
introduce anything malicious, or interfere with its operation or availability;

send us enquiries you do not mean, or use the enquiry route to distribute advertising.

Where we link to somebody else’s site we do so because it looked useful at the time. We have no control over it and we do not adopt its contents. Following an external link is at your own risk, and that site’s own terms and privacy notice apply once you arrive.

Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may revise these terms. The version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site today, so please look at it again if you have not for a while.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever liability is mandatory by law. For ordinary negligence we are liable only where we breach an obligation essential to the purpose of these terms, and then only for the loss typically foreseeable in a case of this kind. Beyond that, liability arising from use of this website is excluded. This clause governs liability across this site, including anything said on our disclaimer.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the country in which we are registered and which is named in our imprint, excluding its conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where you are a merchant, the courts at our registered seat have jurisdiction. Where you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.

If part of this does not hold

If any provision of these terms is or becomes ineffective, the rest stays in force, and the ineffective provision is treated as replaced by the lawful provision that comes closest to what it was for.
