Track and Carrier Rollers
Bottom rollers that carry machine weight on the chain rail and top carrier rollers that support the chain's return run. Shells are hardened, with floating seals at each end.
Features
- Bottom rollers fail more often through seal loss than through tread wear, so seal design and oil retention decide service life.
- Flange arrangement varies by position along the frame; ordering by machine model alone risks the wrong flange type for the station.
- Tread wear is recorded as diameter reduction and as flange height, both against the new dimension.
- Carrier rollers take lighter loads at higher speed, and a seized carrier roller scuffs the chain rail within hours.
- Roller shafts and bushings are available separately where the shells are still serviceable.
Specifications
