Track Group Assemblies
Complete track group built to the machine's pitch and link count, with shoes bolted to chain and ready to fit. Supplied in grease-lubricated or sealed and lubricated form depending on ground conditions and budget.
Features
- Assembled to order from chain, shoes and hardware, so shoe width and grouser type can be changed without altering the chain series.
- Sealed and lubricated groups suit abrasive, high-hour work; grease-lubricated groups suit lower-hour machines and sites that repair chain themselves.
- The master link or master pin arrangement is specified on order, since it determines how the group is split for later repair.
- Shoe bolts and nuts are supplied with the group, torqued in sequence and re-torqued after the first shift.
- Group weight per side is worth checking against the lifting equipment in the workshop before delivery.
