Features
- Kit level is chosen to match the depth of the job, since a head set will not cover a full strip and a full kit is wasted on a head change.
- Multi-layer steel head gaskets require a specified deck and head surface finish, and a skim outside that range leaks.
- Crankshaft front and rear seals are included at the higher kit levels and are replaced whenever the engine is split.
- O-ring and sealing washer materials are matched to coolant and fuel type, not chosen by size alone.
- Kits ship with a content list, so anything missing is identified before the engine is stripped.
