Cone Crushers
Secondary and tertiary cone crushers for producing graded aggregate from pre-crushed feed. Chamber configuration and feed control decide product shape more than the machine size does.
Features
- Chamber configurations are offered as coarse, medium and fine, and swapping the chamber changes the product grading far more than changing the setting.
- Choke feeding, keeping the chamber full, is what produces a cubical product; a trickle feed produces flaky material and uneven liner wear.
- Hydraulic tramp release lets uncrushable material pass without damaging the crusher, and the accumulator charge is a scheduled check.
- Hydraulic setting adjustment compensates for liner wear so product grading stays inside specification across a liner life.
- Bowl and mantle wear is measured to a discard limit; running liners past it costs product shape before it costs anything else.
