Jaw Crushers
Single toggle and double toggle jaw crushers for primary reduction of blasted rock, gravel and demolition arisings. Robust on abrasive feed, with the lowest wear cost per tonne of any primary machine.
Features
- A single toggle design gives a higher throughput and a more aggressive nip; a double toggle applies more crushing force at lower wear rates.
- Maximum feed size has to stay inside a defined proportion of the feed opening or the crusher bridges and the feeder backs up.
- Hydraulic setting adjustment allows the closed side setting to be reset from the ground as jaw plates wear.
- Jaw plates are reversible on most designs, which roughly doubles usable life if they are turned at the right point.
- A grizzly feeder ahead of the crusher removes undersize material and protects the chamber from unnecessary work.
