Features
- Grouped by assembly so a head lift or a sump drop can be ordered as one line rather than a dozen.
- Cylinder head gasket thickness can vary with the build and with previous machining, which is why the serial number and the engine's history both matter.
- Seal materials differ between water, oil and fuel positions, and a visually similar o-ring in the wrong compound will swell or harden.
- Held on board for the assemblies most likely to be opened at sea, which is a shorter list than the full kit range.
- Old gaskets are kept until the new set is confirmed complete, because a missing small item stops a rebuild as effectively as a missing piston.
