Cast polyurethane modular panels and tensioned mats for fine and wet screening. Long life and good pegging resistance, at the cost of open area.

Features

Polyurethane flexes enough to release near-size particles, which is why it pegs less than wire at the same aperture.
It handles wet fine screening well, where a wire cloth blinds and stops making a cut.
Hardness in Shore A is a specification choice: softer resists blinding, harder resists abrasion.
Cast apertures have thicker walls than woven wire, so open area is lower and capacity has to be checked against the duty.
Modular panels on a standard grid allow the worn area of a deck to be replaced without stripping the whole deck.
