Load points are run and recorded, so the propeller match is proven by measurement rather than assumed from the calculation.
Exhaust temperature across cylinders shows injection balance and overloading, and it is the quickest indication that the propeller is too large.
Vibration readings at the mounts and along the shaft line confirm the torsional and alignment work.
Any adjustment made at trial is recorded, because the settings sheet becomes the baseline for later comparison.
Handover covers the settings, the service schedule, the recommended spares and a crew briefing on what the new installation needs daily.
