Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil
The standard mineral fill for mobile and industrial hydraulics. Chosen on the grade the machine manual gives, then on additive chemistry where the circuit contains bronze, brass or silver-plated parts.
Features
- Zinc-based anti-wear chemistry suits most gear, vane and piston pumps and is what the majority of machine manuals assume.
- Zinc-free versions exist for systems with silver or bronze components and for some turbine and paper-machine duties.
- Grade 46 covers most temperate mobile plant; grade 32 suits cold conditions and grade 68 hot continuous industrial duty.
- Filterability matters as much as the additive package, because an oil that plugs fine filters cannot be kept clean.
- Available in drum, intermediate container and bulk where a depot has the storage.
